SUMMARY
Twenty-six years of experience in domestic oil/gas exploration and production operations, management, and consulting. Involved in the initial formation of four oil/gas firms, including an internationally recognized engineering consulting firm, all of which were successful and still in operation. Management experience in production, drilling, and reservoir engineering, with total P/L responsibility for an independent oil/gas producer operating in the major domestic onshore basins and in coastal GOM waters. Currently serves as shareholder, director, and chief operating officer for privately owned oil and gas exploration and production company. Technical knowledge and experience in new oil and gas industry technologies such as 3D seismic, horizontal drilling, and systems applications.

Extensive experience in technical preparation and field implementation of MHF and well-testing operations.

Responsible for multiple platform production operations, including workover and maintenance operations. Designed high volume gas lift installations and participated in joint venture operations on various unitized reservoirs. Responsible for two platform drilling rigs operating in competitive reservoir areas, which included "producing while drilling." Drilling experience included "foreman-in-training" seven-on/seven-off assignment on both Company operated platform rigs and semi-submersibles operating in 2000' water depths.
